Requirement

A client saw a rapid increase in the amount of traffic that was coming to their website. An opportunity to create leads from this increase in traffic emerged. I had recommended that we create a newsletter, to achieve the following: - create leads - engage new and existing contacts - target contacts in particular industries with tailored products and services

Solution

As a HubSpot Solutions Provider, I had recommended HubSpot to create Email Marketing campaigns. The drag and drop email templates would make it easy to launch new campaigns, while the Contacts database will not just allow the organisation to see engagement by contact, but also to create industry specific segmentations to create targeted email marketing campaigns.

Work

Engagement exceeded all expectations. On average over a 12 month period, the newsletter achieves: - 40% Open Rate - 28% Click Through Rate - 11% Click Rate Newsletter subscriptions over the last 24 months (from June 2023 - June 2025) increased from 420 to 1,700.
